Accreditation Criteria - Amended June 2005
 Schools of Public Health Accreditation Criteria - Amended June 2005 CEPH developed data templates in an effort to simplify and standardize the school’s and program's approach to self-study documents. We realize that due to the uniqueness of each institution, there may be instances in which certain data presentations may need to be modified from the format we have provided. Content for the templates is included in appropriate locations throughout the each criteria document. While the format of the tables may change so that they are more appropriate to the institution, the data required, as outlined throughout the document, must be provided. The templates are formatted in Microsoft Word for ease of downloading and utilization for formatting.
