The West Virginia University Master of Public Health (MPH) Program has been continuously accredited by CEPH since 1996. Our students publish in leading peer-reviewed journals, present at national scientific meetings with their faculty mentors and secure good positions upon graduation. Our MPH culminating experience provides students with the opportunity to apply and synthesize the knowledge and skills gained from the MPH program and also provides students with applied experience in public, private and academic venues.
Our department is characterized by a high level of achievement, activity and openness to change. The Community Medicine Student Association (CMEDSA) comprises MPH students, PhD students and faculty members who are active in promoting public health throughout our community and state. |
